Job Description

  • Conduct business analysis activities including leading requirements gathering, documenting, and analysis activities for all new projects. 
  • Convert business requirements into system, software, and functional requirements. 
  • Based on the baseline requirements, conduct systems analysis to assist in converting requirements into system and software designs.
  • Applies strong analytical and communication skills to support enterprise architecture and IT governance teams.
  • Provide detailed analysis of business or mission areas.
  • Assist in creation of target strategic and operational vision.
  • Create models of business and technology scenarios and assist in interpreting results
  • Use structured problem solving frameworks to define, analyze and develop alternative solutions to business problems
  • Perform economic analyses to assess the impact of reorganization initiatives
  • Facilitate meeting and workshops
  • Develop and deliver presentations.
  • Develop technical documentation and process flows, and prepare clear, accurate reports
  • Establish and maintain strong, effective working relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Possesses minimum of 5 years of experience working in enterprise architecture program areas.
  • Experience in business process re-engineering, requirements definition, and workflow analysis, reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs
  • Experience in program/project management lifecycle processes with extensive knowledge on program/project performance management. 
  • Highly desired: Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications in accordance with Project Management Institute (PMI) requirements. 
  • Expert in the ability to lead requirements and workflow analysis
  • Crafts deliverables related to all aspects of systems analysis and design
  • Experience in program/project planning and accomplishing goals
  • Expert in Process Review and Analysis
  • Extensive experience in interfacing with executive level clients, and proficient in conducting Customer Surveys and Interviews
  • Expert in writing Gap Analysis documents and Studies using Microsoft Office products.
