• To create a functional funnel for vacancies which are open.
• To screen applications, schedule interviews and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
• To evaluate the interview process and determine any changes if required.
• Conduct social media checks.
• Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Assist in the onboarding process and follow up with candidates and new hires.
• Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
• Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.
• Time-management skills and multitasking ability.

• Good communication skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with Recruitment
• Basic computer knowledge & hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows 7/10, MS Office
