Job Description

Roles & Responsibility: 

 

Training and Implementation

  • Providing Training to Internal Members of the organization about the product and its working.
  • Conduct webinars and training for clients on the required product features, online as well as offline.
  • Guiding customers/clients on system configurations. .
  • Prepare training materials like Documents, Presentations etc.
  • Interact with the Product Team to understand the new changes/upgrade in the Application.
  • Prepare schedules for Trainings and manage email campaigns.

Must Have

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self Driven
  • Enthusiastic in Presentations.
  • Strong Presentation skills 
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Slides.
  • Basic knowledge of Online Video Conferencing Platforms
  • Basic Idea about BFSI domain

Any Graduate
