Job Description
Roles & Responsibility:
Training and Implementation
- Providing Training to Internal Members of the organization about the product and its working.
- Conduct webinars and training for clients on the required product features, online as well as offline.
- Guiding customers/clients on system configurations. .
- Prepare training materials like Documents, Presentations etc.
- Interact with the Product Team to understand the new changes/upgrade in the Application.
- Prepare schedules for Trainings and manage email campaigns.
Must Have
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self Driven
- Enthusiastic in Presentations.
- Strong Presentation skills
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Slides.
- Basic knowledge of Online Video Conferencing Platforms
- Basic Idea about BFSI domain
Qualifications
Any Graduate
