Legal Secretary – Clinical Negligence – Newport

Our Client, an expanding legal practice based in Newport is seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join their offices in Newport. You will be joining a well-established team with a focus on Clinical Negligence.Supporting the Partner & Solicitors within the department, you will be responsible for digital dictation, preparing legal documentation and correspondence, handling telephone calls, and dealing with billing procedures.

Applications are encouraged from skilled Legal Secretaries and Legal Administrators, with fast and accurate typing skills and the ability to organise a busy workload.You will be working as part of a team of other support staff and will be able to handle sometimes challenging matters with confidence. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients over the phone and so a confident and friendly approach is required. Experience within a Clinical Negligence team is preferred but not essential.
