About the Job
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll team up with Services Australia to help everyday Aussies with essential payments and services. From welfare support to Medicare services and emergency assistance, Services Australia makes sure Australians get the help they need in all sorts of situations, like unemployment, illness, and retirement. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to start their journey with an entry level position, we know a new role can be stressful which is why the support will still be there even after you leave training!

🌐 Your Team: You'll represent Services Australia in our Tier 1 Digital Support team.
📚 Training: Get full-time, paid comprehensive training in a super supportive environment.
🖥️ Helping Customers: Use self-service portals to help customers find the info they need.
