What You'll Be Doing:

  • Answer inbound calls from everyday customers, representing and promoting a wide range of Telstra products and services.
  • Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and lifestyles.
  • Use effective communication skills to empathize with and understand customers.
  • Confidently de-escalate any customer grievances.
  • Be flexible with hours to ensure we’re there when our customers need us.
