Who You'll Work With 

As a Sales & Service Consultant for our client IAG, you will be the voice representing our most trusted insurance partner, NRMA. You'll form new relationships with customers and strengthen existing ones by discussing a range of policies, educating them to make informed decisions on protection and prevention. You will be focused on providing a positive customer service experience, and where required, achieve sales and retention outcomes. 

This role offers you the chance to build strong connections with customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer experience throughout their journey with IAG & NMRA. It's an excellent entry-level opportunity with continued support and development.

📅Rosters Available: Start off with a 9-week training period working Monday - Friday from 9AM - 5:30PM before moving into the following rosters:

  • Monday - Friday 8AM - 8PM
  • Tuesday - Saturday 8AM- 8PM (penalty rates apply)

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Handlining a high volume of inbound calls, helping customers with their insurance needs. 
  • Use effective communication skills to build rapport and provide engaging customer experiences. 
  • Offer General insurance products - Motor, Home and CTP insurance as well as NRMA Roadside Assistance (On behalf of NRMA)
  • Be flexible with hours to ensure we're available when our customers need us.

  • The base salary for this role is $55,000 + Super, with the opportunity to earn incentives based on performance.
