Job Description

The Employee Engagement Specialist is a vital role in the company. The role ensures to create an excellent employee experience through various employee activities, employee retention initiatives and open communication line.

S/He serves as one of the channels for employees to communicate with the Management.

Qualifications

Esssential

  • Graduate of any 4-year course or with at least 2- year experience in Employee Engagement in BPO Industry
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and writing)
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong self-motivation
