As a Customer Support Officer you will answer inbound calls from customers, build rapport and provide outstanding customer solutions. You will navigate through multiple systems, whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone, and confidently handle technology faults, complaints and trouble-shooting issues. Don’t worry – we will teach you everything! 

Job Description

What you need to know: 

  • Base Salary of $50,500 + Super + Monthly Incentive Structure and penalty rates on weekends!
  • Life's better with a roster that works for you and your lifestyle, so we have a few options to choose from! You'll have the choice to work an AM, PM or Full rotating roster! 
  • WFH Flexibility: First week of training will be conducted on-site. Thereafter you will operate on a work-from-home model. On-site requirements will be circumstantial. 
  • Earn a Cert III in Business!

 

What you'll do:

  • Answer inbound calls, engage with customers by asking questions regarding their enquiry, assisting them in finding a resolution
  • Provide expert advice and troubleshoot technology faults that customers might be facing
  • Provide empathy and understanding to your customers through effective communication skills
  • Take ownership, have confidence in your ability to de-escalate any customer grievances 
  • Be available when our customers need us, flex to the hours that are required

  • Available for the hours within your roster. Hours of operation are 5am-9pm Monday-Sunday (Penalty rates apply)
