Job Description

What will a normal day look like?

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Recruitment professionals supporting all levels of hiring in the Philippines. Reporting to the Group Manager, Talent Acquisition – Australia and Philippines, you will build strategies, complete talent assessments, assess market trends and create recruiting plans to meet the growing needs of the business.

2023 is looking to be a big year for our Philippines operation, so a Talent Acquisition Leader who is passionate about driving results, committed to delivering best in class solutions and thrives off stakeholder engagement will succeed in this role.

More about the role itself:

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and build a recruitment plan to support
  • Lead, develop and motivate a team to achieve results
  • Build sourcing and talent pooling strategies to ensure candidate pools are strong and prepared
  • You will track and report on key talent metrics, and provide insights and updates to the business
  • You will develop and deliver project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set performance goals for the team
  • You will build recruitment plans from scratch for new clients, based on FTE requirements, talent profiles and lead in times required
