TSA Group has represented Telstra for over 20 years, and with the recent Covid-19 pandemic, we are bringing Telstra Business customer service roles back to Australia. 

Your role will start within our West Perth office, where you will be trained by our experienced team, who will teach you everything you need to know! You will be upskilled in multiple systems, communication techniques and other learning materials to conduct your role confidently. 

 From there, you will commence answering inbound calls from small business owners where you will diagnose, fix and remediate customers NBN/Mobile phone faults.

Our operating hours are 4am-9pm Monday – Sunday, with Rostered hours open to flexibility

What will the roster look like?

Full-time hours and work a 5 day week, Monday - Sunday between the hours 4am - 9pm (7.6 hour shifts). 

Roster will rotate on a weekly basis, weekend shifts will be work from home. 

This role is subject to a police clearance and background checks.
