TSA Group has represented Telstra for over 20 years, and with the recent Covid-19 pandemic, we are bringing Telstra Business customer service roles back to Australia. 

As part of the Telstra brand, you will engage with customers to build rapport, and provide solutions for Telstra Business NBN and mobile faults.

You describe yourself as – someone who can talk to people from all walks of life and have a genuine desire to help people. No call centre experience needed, must be familiar with navigating multiple computer systems. 

What will a normal day look like?

You will engage customers, build rapport and provide outstanding customer service solutions.You will also be required to:

  • Navigate through multiple systems whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone
  • Answer incoming calls from Telstra Business customers 
  • Confidently handle technology faults, complaints and trouble-shooting issues

About you;

You can commit to full time hours and work a 5 day week, Monday - Sunday between the hours 6am - 9pm (7.6 hour shifts). 

Roster will rotate on a weekly basis, weekend shifts will be work from home. 

This role is subject to a police clearance and background checks.
