Working within a call centre environment, you will engage customers, build rapport and provide outstanding customer service solutions, as well as: 

·       Navigate through multiple systems whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone 

·       Answer incoming calls from Telstra Business customers  

·       Confidently handle technology faults, complaints and trouble-shooting issues
