Job Description

TSA Group has represented Telstra for over 20 years, and with the recent Covid-19 pandemic, we are bringing a range of our customer service roles back to Australia.

What will a normal day look like?

You will engage customers, build rapport and provide outstanding customer service solutions.You will also be required to:

  • Navigate through multiple systems whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone
  • Answer incoming calls from Telstra customers
  • Confidently handle technology faults, complaints and trouble-shooting issues

About you;

You can commit to full time hours and work a 5 day week Monday - Friday between the hours 7am - 9pm - No weekends!
