You describe yourself as – someone who can talk to people from all walks of life and have a genuine desire to help people. No call centre experience needed.

What will a normal day look like?

You will engage with customers, build rapport and provide outstanding customer service solutions. You will also be required to:

  • Navigate through multiple systems whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone
  • Answer incoming calls and record customer interactions
  • Confidently handle technology faults, complaints and trouble-shooting issues
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences through conversations using empathy and understanding
