What will you do?

As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be the voice representing Amplifon. Amplifon is the global leader in hearing healthcare. Their mission is to transform the way hearing healthcare is perceived and experienced worldwide, changing the lives of millions of customers.

The objective of this role is to support Apmlifon in acquiring new business, through successful appointment setting. You will be managing inbound and outbound calls, acting as a brand ambassador, representing and promoting Ampifons suite of products and services.

An overview of the role;

  • Flexible roster available.  We operate between 9am - 9pm Monday - Friday (7.6 hour shifts)
  • 3 days training commencing Monday 28th Feb 2022. 9.00am – 5.30pm 
  • Permanent full-time roles available 
  • Hybrid working environment 2 – 3 days in office once COVID restrictions leave. Office located in Burwood
  • Healthy work/life balance working from the comfort of your own home 
  • Must have stable internet connect with appropriate home office set up 

 How you will do it?

  • Book customers in for a FREE hearing test at their local provider
  • Provide information and insight about hearing solutions to your customers
  • Follow up with customers after appointments have taken place
  • Accurately record detailed customer interactions
