Job Description

What will your day look like?

You will answer Inbound Calls and represent, promote and sell a range of products and services to both new and existing customers. You will engage with customers to build rapport and discover their business needs. You will help your customer and offer personalised value-based solutions that will make your customers feel valued.

    What makes you a great team member;

    A can-do positive attitude who is always ready to try new things. You can remain friendly and calm under pressure and confidently navigate systems. No call centre experience required and a retail or customer service/facing background is desirable.

    About you;

    Ability to work full time, 38 hours a week on a rotating roster between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday - Friday - no weekends!
