Job Description

We are currently on the hunt for a Face to Face Media Sales Advisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work in a regionally dispersed environment. You will have a unique mix of being a strategic thinker along with being able to work closely with businesses to cultivate authentic and long-term relationships.

We are looking for candidates who are based in Brisbane, Toowoomba or surrounding areas, who can commit to servicing the Toowoomba and Brisbane markets and are within easy commuting distances and can commit to travelling frequently.

What will a normal day look like?

  • Attend 10 to 15 appointments per week delivering full service account management solutions
  • Play an influential role in managing client retention; 90% of your portfolio are existing clients!
  • Find and sell marketing services (digital and print) to new business opportunities
  • Sell value-based marketing solutions that will optimise your clients’ business goals
  • Function as a strategic advisor to clients, analyse and identify areas of improvement within the client’s current advertising traffic

  • You love building genuine relationships and showing clients how we can add value to their business
  • You can confidently convert new business deals and present campaign proposals
  • You thrive in a KPI driven environment sourcing new business and achieving sales growth 
  • You are tech savvy, have great communication skills and possess a high level of professionalism
