We are currently looking for a Sales Team Leader with proven leadership and sales experience!
Someone who prides themselves on their ability to engage, encourage and develop staff. Someone who can create reports derived from the KPI's their team are measured on and having the ability to think outside the box to resolve issues.
Someone who has excellent stakeholder ownership, and someone who isn't afraid of getting their hands dirty when needed.
What the role entails
The Team Leader - Sales will be responsible for managing a sales team to achieve their goals. You are responsible to ensure individual sales agents are executing against targets, whilst reviewing their performance and providing the right coaching.
The Team Leader is the glue that holds the sales team together, providing the training and motivation for agents to reach their goals.
You will be agile and adaptable and move from task to task, answering questions, holding meetings, coaching and developing staff and acting as the voice of encouragement. This role is integral to the overall success of the Sales Team.
As a results driven individual with your focus on the people and delivering results aligned to our business values. The Team Leader will ensure high customer service standards across the team, ensuring we always put the customer first.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Team Leader you will be managing and mentoring a team of 8-10 people and will have responsibility for;
- Driving strong sales strategies to ensure internal and external stakeholders are kept updated
- Manage and monitor workflow, incoming requests and queue management
- Monitor quality, productivity and service standards of the team to ensure KPI's are met
- Support and be involved with the creation and implementation of sales strategies
- Develop and support an efficient and responsive team
- Provide performance management for developing employees
