What will you do?

  • Answering Inbound Calls
  • Represent, promote and sell Telstra's suite of products and services to both new and existing customers;
  • Engage customers to build rapport and discover their lifestyle needs;
  • Offer personalised value-based solutions that will WOW your customers.

Qualifications

Skills and experience

  • Ability to work full time -38 hours a week on a rotating roster between 7:30 AM - 21:00 PM 
  • The Centre operates all year round so flexibility to work over a 7 day operation.
  • Generally on average you will be required to work 15-18 weekends a year.
  • Must have current Australian working rights
