Job Description

Your New Role

Customer Service Consultants process insurance claims and review new and existing insurance policies. They are responsible for reviewing client claims, applications, and adjustments and determining whether or not a client is covered under their insurance policy. 

 

What you'll be doing

·       Interact effectively with customers, insurance agents other personnel involved in the claim process.

·       Obtain relevant facts to determine coverage, loss, and liability.

·       Document claim file activities in an accurate and timely manner.

·       Resolve claim issues promptly and follow-up on outstanding issues.

·       Communicate claim status to Team leaders and customers on a regular basis.

·       Work in compliance with regulations.

·       Work under the guidance and assistance of the Team Leader to ensure accurate claim settlement.

Qualifications

What we are looking for?

·       Great phone contact handling skills

·       Exceptional interpersonal skills

·       Customer Service and Sales experience preferably within inbound or outbound call centre

·       Ability to problem solve and work autonomously

·       Excellent planning and organisation skills

·       Ability to work well under pressure within a fast paced and rapidly changing environment

·       Team player, working collaboratively to exceed expectations
