To keep up the pace with our platform we need to expand our User Experience team for highly agile development cycles. 

The Education Team is an integral part of our Customer Experience organization and is looking for an experienced leader for its EMEA team. You will manage the Education team in Vienna, Austria and collaborate closely with the Education management team on defining, implementing and operating our Education offerings for Tricentis customers and partners. The position reports to the VP of Education.

Job Description

  • Leading a growing content development team based in Austria, Europe
  • Representing Education Services internally and externally
  • Positioning and driving Education Services internally and externally
  • Co-ordinating content development as well as instructor-led training engagements
  • Partnering and working with Product Development and Subject Matter Experts on content development
  • Coaching, developing and mentoring team members
  • Collaborating with a global Education management team on defining, developing, and operationalizing the Tricentis education offering
  • Ensuring that training solutions incorporate best practices in learning theory by monitoring and practicing the latest trends and techniques in learning and incorporating them into course design



  • Completed university education in fields of IT/Technology and/or Learning & Development
  • Total experience of 8 to 10 years and 5+ years working experience in an L&D environment
  • Experience managing diverse teams in an IT and/or Learning & Development context
  • Experience managing projects and programs in the context of Education and Learning organizations
  • Experience of delivering technical training development and delivery
  • Experience in bringing an L&D offering to market and monetizing it
  • Past experience in operating and managing an Education offering
  • Excellent skills collaborating with diverse teams and across organizational boundaries
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to design and work on multiple projects with rapid development deadlines
  • Excellent level of English and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong intercultural competence


  • Completed technical education
  • Experience in delivering training content to customers and/or partners
  • Strong Knowledge of Agile development techniques and the use of JIRA (Scrum Master qualification would be a strong plus) 
  • Strong IT skills (object-oriented programming, web development skills, or other IT skills would be a plus, but not required)

According to your proficiency and experience the annual package will be € 70.000 – 80.000 for this position.
