Job Description

At the position of Project Admin, your roles will be, but not limited:

  • Support Project Managers to allocate resources (consultants…) to related projects;

  • Work with customers for admin works to relating projects;

  • Prepare and following up project documentation such as contracts, letter of engagement, minutes, memos…

  • Review and control orders/ requests from customers;

  • Review, keep tracking all the project data/ project phases on system, update and remind Project Managers/ Head of Department for actions;

  • Actively work with project teams to update project execution progress; consolidate information from final report to Head of Department;

  • Coordinate/ support project teams to organize meetings (internal & with customers);

  • File hard and soft files/ documents of projects and/or relating to the projects; 

  • Prepare, send and keep tracking documents sent to customers or relating parties;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration; Law, Project Management…

  • IELTS 6.0/ TOEFL iBT 90/ TOEIC 800 and above;

  • Good use of office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint …)

  • MS.Project skill is a MUST

  • Good interpersonal communication skill;

  • Good English communication;

  • Result & detail oriented;

  • Planning & monitoring skill.

  • Good presentation skills;

  • Multi-tasks;

  • Team work;

  • 3+ years experienced on project admin task;

  • Experienced working in multi-national enterprises is an advantage.
