Job Description

A Talent Solution Consultant is an expert with a wide range of knowledge about the assessment and talent management industry. Act as a partner to the customers, a talent solution consultant helps the customers to realize, implement and utilize the Talent solutions to increase their people decisions’ quality.

Responsibilities

  • Make an impact: Own and drive complex, international projects that enable organizations to transform by better decisions in selecting, training and developing their workforce.
  • Engage customers in the design of Talent Solutions: Advise customers on how to optimize the usage of a solution with their specific context, including cooperating with other Talent team members to deeply analyse customers’ needs, wants, pains, objectives, expectation and commitment levels.
  • Provide Consulting Expertise: Partner with Training professionals to provide high-end consultation throughout the sales process to diagnose customers’ needs, shape proposals and recommendations, and present technical elements of proposals to customers.
  • Be a Talent Expert to clients and Talent team: Continuously conduct research to keep updated with the latest trends and movements in assessment markets and related fields (HR, psychology, etc.) to become a knowledge hub.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver customized solution training and on-going support to customers; periodically check with customers to ensure they are applying the best practices without problems.
  • Assist Marketing in producing high-quality content by providing insights and reviewing the content.
     

Qualifications

  • Degree in HR, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business, Administration or a related area
  • Proficient in English and Vietnamese
  • Experience in Project Management, preferably HR related
  • In-depth understanding of customer service practices
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about HR / talent management
  • Excellent at communication, problem solving and self-learning
  • Analytical, self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Able to travel around Vietnam, mostly base in Ho Chi Minh City
