Job Description

As an Accountant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Accounting Tasks

  • Record daily transactions on system (the financial accounting software - Sunsystems);
  • Prepare management financial reports on a regular basis;
  • Filling periodically for VAT and CIT reports;
  • Ensure all invoices and staff reimbursements are paid accurately and in accordance with the company’s policy;
  • Perform Bank Reconciliations;
  • Perform tax reconciliation;
  • Perform inventory reconciliation;
  • Review transaction records to ensure its accuracy;
  • Organize, manage and store Accounting documents;
  • Assist in product and project costing and monitoring;
  • Ad-hoc assignment as required.

Payroll Tasks

  • Administer payroll monthly
  • Consolidate monthly department overtime/leave management.
  • Perform all the reports and activities related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, Personal Income Tax.
  • Manage employee labour contracts.

Qualifications

1.    Qualification & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Finance/ Accounting or other related areas;
  • Experienced in accounting software (Sunsystems) and related tools is preferred

 2.    Skills & knowledge:

  • Good English communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  • Proactive, good time management;
  • Numeric & data analysis;
