Job Title: Contract Specialist
Location: New York, NY 10019
Duration: 4+ Months Contract to Perm

Job Summary:
• The Contract Specialist will be the liaison between wholesalers, distributors and Innovatix/Essensa sales reps to ensure that customers are eligible to access contract pricing, attached to contracts and paying the correct contract price.
• The Contract Specialist is expected to understand vendor contract offerings and vendor access criteria and to relay this information to various stakeholders with the goal of increasing contract penetration.
Major Accountabilities:
• Resolve ongoing attachment and pricing issues for customers
• Establish and build relationships with contracted wholesalers, distributors and vendors
• Audit member's purchases through wholesalers/distributors
• Confirm attachment for new and existing customers to contract portoflios through wholesalers and distributors
• Maintain customer eligibility in proprietary data management systems
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Supply Chain or Business or related field
• At least 1 year of experience
• Contract Administration, analytics
• Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel
