Job Title: Leave Specialist
Duration: 09 months with possible extension
Location: Atlanta GA - 30328
Job Description:
Summary: Provides a variety of support and issue resolution duties to customers in the areas of employee leaves of absences.
Requirements:
Tasks/Accountability include, but are not limited to:
Ensure policy adherence, data entry, and research for employee leaves of absences
Understand federal and state laws in leave processing for the organization’s footprint
Timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through a ticketing system, phone, and/or email
Provide clerical/administrative support to a high volume leave and employee service functions
Research and resolve employee issues and corrects errors as necessary
Qualifications:
Required
2 + years leave processing experience
Preferred
Multi-state leave processing experience
Experience in working with a TPA to administer employee leaves
PeopleSoft experience or equivalent software
Experience in high volume leave processing in an employee or customer service matrix
