Job Description
Main job requirements are answering phones and emails from customers. Inputting reservations from web portals. General office work.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate has experience in customer service with the following strengths:
- Proven experience in a transportation, hospitality or sales
- Knowledge of the Minneapolis St.Paul metro area and MSP airport terminals
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- College Degree or equivalent training or experience preferred
Additional Information
Scheduled shift is Friday-Monday 1:00pm-11:00pm
