What are you going to do as a Director Corporate IT?
Lead our internal IT strategy and infrastructure through an exciting period of transformation! As Director Corporate IT, you will ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of our IT environment. In collaboration with senior leadership, you’ll develop and execute TOPdesks IT strategy so that it is aligned with business goals, driving efficiency and innovation.

As our Director Corporate IT, you’ll build and coach IT teams in charge of security, infrastructure, business applications and servicedesk, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. You will define workforce strategies to support organizational growth and will be in charge of project and change management. You’ll lead IT projects with a focus on risk management, resource allocation, and minimal disruption to business operations.

In your day-to-day work, you will focus on the following themes:

• IT business applications, operations & infrastructure. You’ll oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable IT systems, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational continuity.
• Financial & vendor management. You’ll manage IT budgets, optimize spending, and handle vendor relations, ensuring cost-effective contracts and software cost management.
• Technology & innovation. You’ll identify automation and process improvement opportunities, and drive the adoption of emerging technologies for competitive advantage.
• Cybersecurity & compliance. You’ll establish robust security protocols, ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ISO, NIS2, GDPR, etc.), and lead security audits.

Are you our new Director Corporate IT?

• You have a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• You have more than 10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• You are experienced in managing enterprise IT systems, including network management, business applications, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• You have a strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• You have excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize and execute complex initiatives.
• You have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
