Role: PMO Program Manager
Duration: 6+ months C2H
Location: Coppell, TX (Hybrid)

Position Summary:
The Strategic Program Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive enterprise transformation, strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and business growth through the successful delivery of complex cross-functional programs.
This role partners closely with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex programs and initiatives across Origination, Servicing, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial organizations.
- Partner with business leaders to define scope, success metrics, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.
- Develop and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
- Facilitate executive meetings, governance forums, and decision-making sessions.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, status updates, business cases, and recommendations.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts and drive resolution strategies.
- Support product launches, business readiness, operational readiness, and change management activities.
- Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
- 7+ years of project, program, or transformation leadership experience.
- Mortgage origination and/or servicing experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience leading enterprise initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams and governance processes.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
