Job Title: SAP QA Analyst

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: 12+ Months

Experience: 7-10 yrs minimum

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP QA Analyst with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in testing SAP applications including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), and SAP BRIM modules such as SOM (Subscription Order Management), CI (Convergent Invoicing), and CC (Convergent Charging). The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of QA best practices, SDLC, and experience leading a team of QA engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP OTC, RAR, and BRIM modules

  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across SAP GUI and Fiori applications

  • Validate complex billing, subscription, and revenue processes within SAP SOM, CI, and CC

  • Collaborate with SAP functional teams, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables

  • Ensure test traceability, defect management, and proper documentation using tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or similar

  • Lead and mentor QA team members, ensure adherence to test processes and timelines

  • Participate in release planning, test estimation, and continuous process improvements

  • Analyze defects, identify root causes, and support resolution verification

  • Ensure compliance with testing standards, documentation, and sign-off processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP QA/testing roles

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI, CC) and SAP RAR

  • Experience testing SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes

  • Proficiency in SAP GUI, Fiori applications, and test data validation

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies

  • Proven experience leading a QA team or mentoring junior testers

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Worksoft Certify, Tosca, or UFT)

  • Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid development environments

  • ISTQB or other QA certification
