Role: SAP FICO Functional Consultant – Lease Management & RE-FX Expert
Location: Milwaukee, WI- Hybrid 3 days in Office

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

Lease Accounting

Manage and support the Leasing S4 H CLM module ensuring accurate and timely recording of lease transactions

Process Ownership

Oversee endtoend lease system processes resolve issues and provide support for monthly close processes

System Configuration

Configure and maintain the SAP FICO system for lease management including customizing reports and ensuring data integrity

Training and Support

Provide training to users on lease related processes and functionalities and offer support for troubleshooting issues

Collaboration

Work with other departments such as ITS Lease COE and AER to address system issues and coordinate testing

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with technical teams to implement changes

Leadership

Guide and mentor process owners ensuring projects meet business requirements and that best practices are followed

Compliance

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations for lease accounting

Required Skills and Experience

SAP FICO Expertise Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules particularly related to lease accounting REFX RAR Leasing

Financial Accounting Knowledge Solid understanding of lease accounting principles and practices

Business Process Analysis Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for SAP

Project Management Experience in managing SAP implementation projects and ensuring timely delivery

Communication and Collaboration Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with other teams and stakeholders

Troubleshooting Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues within SAP FICO

Typical Responsibilities in a Lease Management Role

Blueprint Preparation Understanding business requirements and preparing a blueprint for implementing the project

Implementation and Customization Implementing and customizing the SAP FICO system for lease management including configuration settings and reports

Testing and Validation Testing the system and validating changes in customizations

User Training Providing training to end users on how to use the SAP system for lease management

Day-to-day Queries Providing support and resolving day-to-day queries from users

Data Migration Managing data migration activities related to lease information into SAP
