Job Description

Lead Developer to join our technical team and deliver a streamlined user experience to clients patient access and engagement platform. As a PHP lead, you will own the design and architecture of key roadmap items and do the coding to create a scaffolding that the developers can use. We want a team member who is passionate about working in a high-energy startup and loves learning and contributing to a high-performance team.

What You Will Do:

Lead a part of our core engineering team to ensure the highest standards of design, implementation, performance, and security 
Own and lead the PoC efforts on critical and core long term features using open-source technologies
Help the team execute on the design, and perform a code review on a daily basis, to ensure it’s being done correctly
Help the team imbibe the habit of writing good quality code, unit/integration test cases, using CI/CD pipelines with equal focus on functional as well as non-functional items
Lead and manage a set of developers and participate in daily standups with the primary goal of owning the delivery of critical components

What You Need:

Btech/MCA in Computer Science or related fields
7+ years of experience working in software engineering organizations
Expertise in Laravel/PHP framework. Secondary skills in Java/Python
An excellent knowledge of key design and architecture principles, domain-driven Design, CI/CD, AWS, DevOps and Agile delivery methods.
A good understanding of distributed architecture, Microservices, event-driven architecture, Kafka, AWS SNS/SQS, ElasticSearch, Redis
Lead and build high-performing applications with thousands of users accessing the app. Should either have lead or been a core part of the design/architecture team.
Excellent communication skills to share your vision with engineering and leadership team
You should be curious, autonomous and motivated to explore, learn new technologies as the tasks/role demands
Good in communication skills
