About this Position: 
The purpose of the IDM Administrator position is to…
• Integrate new and existing applications for user authentication with single sign-on (SSO) technology
• Provide support for issues related to IDM and IDM integration
• Coordinate IDM security requirements with the IT Security Team
• Develop, maintain, and monitor documentation relating to all IDM projects
• Conduct and review tests of IDM systems to verify performance and quality standards
• Assist in ensuring the integrity of IDM implementations and maintain related documentation
• Communicates availability requirements for SSO accessibility
• Assist in troubleshooting application authentication/authorization problems
• Prepare time estimates for assigned projects
• Assist in disaster recovery testing and execution as needed
• Evaluate and apply security patches as required
• Develop and innovate SSO solutions to add value and enhance the standard end user experience
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and make timely, well considered decisions
• All other duties as assigned
• Remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines
• Attendance as required by department

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology or closely-related field of study or equivalent experience
• 2+ years’ experience administering IDM/IAM Software, Forgerock
• Thorough knowledge of LDAP and SAML standards
• Experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems
• Experience in agent based, web based and federated authentication and authorization standards
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Able to handle several concurrent projects
• Maintain a high-level of organization, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency to accomplish tasks within deadlines and service level agreements
• Experience working in a flexible and fast paced environment
• The ability to explain complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences as appropriate
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotational schedule
• Work onsite at the assigned Credit Acceptance work location
