Position Summary

This role is a vital one as you will help manage the brand direction and formulate design concepts that are compelling to B2B audiences. You will collaborate with key members of the marketing and sales team to effectively deliver on messaging that best serves the audiences we're trying to reach. You will manage customer/client expectations based on workloads and effectively communicate delivery timelines with internal team. You will be responsible for working across multiple mediums including print, digital, social, PowerPoint, etc. managing large volume of work with tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience of graphic design at agency or in-house studio
  • Content Development experience 
  • Strong digital & print design skills
  • Knowledge and use of Adobe products, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (or current Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong copy writing skills
  • Established track record of meeting (or delivering early on) deadlines
  • Strong creative thinker who can collaborate with clients and copywriter on creating compelling graphics and headlines
  • Energetic team player that brings creativity and enthusiasm to the marketing team
  • Stellar online folio or samples of work

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in a Healthcare or Technology company
  • Experience managing and implementing brand guidelines for internal and external use
  • Detail oriented with the ability to effectively work independently and in a team setting
