Job Description:
• Quality Assurance Testing professional with an ability to support parallel projects in a fast-paced working environment
• Proficient with requirements analysis and traceability
• Supports defect triage and analysis
• Responsible for development and execution of testing strategies utilizing Agile methodology
• Develops test plans, scripts and defect reports
• Coordinate testing activities across teams supporting multiple lines of business; work with Development and other internal teams to help report and resolve issues, identify risks, and follow up on defects through resolution; works to promote adherence to defined quality standards Triage and analyze issues logged by end users related to their use of the system
• Support review and prioritization of system change requests, including changes to system functionality (to be implemented via configuration changes or application code changes) and interfaces
• Support review and testing of issue fixes and change request implementation, including changes to the configuration, application code and interfaces
Required Skills:
• 2 to 3 years’ experience on Case Management Systems, preferably in a Development or Testing role
• Experience with:
o Writing and executing basic SQL queries against the Oracle database for analysis and defect triaging purposes
o Running and monitoring batch jobs
• Highly experienced working in SDLC model (Agile and Waterfall)
• Demonstrated history of strong teamwork skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to work independently; ability to organize and manage multiple competing tasks and priorities with rapidly changing environment
• Strong ability to analyze and convert business requirements into test conditions/scenarios, write test scripts, execute test scripts, log defects, and track defects to closure
• Strong proficiency with MS suite of applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools such as HP Quality Center or Confluence and JIRA
Desirable Skills:
• Experience with Infor’s Health Care Revenue Management System (formerly a Lawson product, MediAR), including:
o Technical understanding of the system and data model
o Understanding of interfaces between revenue management systems and 3rd parties, including commercial and government payers
• Experience with automation tools and concepts (Selenium preferred)
• Ability to perform system administration tasks
