The Company
Our client is a small but innovative and hi-potential software/technology company.Their sensors and associated data analysis software packages have delivered significant efficiencies to clients in the Facilities Management, Retail and Leisure & Tourism sectors.They are now looking for a Product Marketing Manager to assist in the achievement of sales growth both in the UK and now internationally both with respect to new customers/applications but also in development of the product offering itself. The company is small and profitable with enormous growth potential.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, located in the Thames Valley, the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for analysing the current and potential markets to identify areas for growth both in terms of new clients, markets but also in development of the product itself and its application.
Working with in a small team the individual will assist in implementing programmes to achieve sales growth emanating from their research and analysis.

The position will initially be home based leading to office attendance as the business grows.
The Candidate
A highly motivated, energetic and experienced executive is required who can readily identify with and be motivated by this opportunity. Proven successful experience of analysing and developing markets delivering sales growth is essential.This experience may have been achieved in either the software/technology, facilities management or retail sectors.
The successful candidate will have highly developed analytical PC skills, with a relevant tertiary education and have excellent communication skills both oral and literal.They should also be ambitious, wanting to prove themselves, comfortable working with technicians and quick to engage.
