• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards
• Oversee runway construction works, including paving, surfacing, and associated infrastructure
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance on site
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
• Liaise with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly
   

• National Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Valid registration with SACPCMP (Professional Construction Supervisor or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in construction supervision
• Proven experience working on airport runway/road projects
• Preferred Requirements:
  Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects
  Familiarity with South African construction regulations and standards
