Job Description

  • Prepare and circulate all reports to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Lead the identification, development, implementation, and maintenance of new credit strategies and solutions.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics in the Department
  • Evaluate operational processes and reporting to improve productivity, efficiency and profitability.
  • Prepare Ad-hoc projects and analytics
  • Manage system/technical issues by logging service desk tickets with IT
  • Track all system/policy/operational changes made
  • Perform End to end systems testing
  • Automate reports and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Science or similar field
  • Preferred - Honours degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Science or similar field
  • Proficiency in database management, SQL and other programming languages
  • Advanced Excel

Experience

  • 2-5 years’ experience in Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Credit Underwriting would be an advantage
