Job Description
- Prepare and circulate all reports to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Lead the identification, development, implementation, and maintenance of new credit strategies and solutions.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics in the Department
- Evaluate operational processes and reporting to improve productivity, efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare Ad-hoc projects and analytics
- Manage system/technical issues by logging service desk tickets with IT
- Track all system/policy/operational changes made
- Perform End to end systems testing
- Automate reports and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Science or similar field
- Preferred - Honours degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Science or similar field
- Proficiency in database management, SQL and other programming languages
- Advanced Excel
Experience
- 2-5 years’ experience in Data Analytics and Reporting
- Credit Underwriting would be an advantage
- Preferred Industry
- Financial / Credit risk analytics
