Job Description

  • Assess accounts coming into the Foreclosure Department and contact clients to formalize payment arrangements.
  • Liaise with the Securities department to ensure that security documents are uploaded to Datastore.
  • To extract the security documents from Datastore and other necessary documents i.e. Windeed report and statements and prepare the electronic file for Legal Instruction.
  • Carry out administrative duties effectively and timeously in order to support key functions.
  • Be proactive and efficient iro managing e-mails, letters, updating - systems and any other admin related duties.
  • Being adaptable to change as & when the department needs require it.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Paralegal

Preferred Requirements:

  • LLB or BA Admin Degree
