 JOB GRADE: DL  looking for an experienced Stocks and Quality Manager to ensure that Stock and Quality activities are

carried out in a controlled, cost effective and efficient manner, in accordance with Independent Onsite Laboratory

contract and Terminal Regulations. This also includes short and long term planning of stock movement

Responsibilities

• Coal inventory control;
• Coal Quality Management;
• Machine outages;
• Managing subordinates;
• Independent onsite laboratory contract review;
• Non-conformance reports;
• Handling shareholder requests and complaints;

Qualifications

• National Diploma/Degree Logistics/Production Management; 5-10 years Logistics/Production Management
• experience; Plant/Process Management knowledge.

Code EB driver’s license; planning & organising; analytical skills with the ability to work well under pressure

problem solving & decision making; customer & quality orientation; contractor management; strong time management; advanced MS Excel; managing teams; communication (oral & written); report writing
