Job Description
JOB GRADE: DL looking for an experienced Stocks and Quality Manager to ensure that Stock and Quality activities are
carried out in a controlled, cost effective and efficient manner, in accordance with Independent Onsite Laboratory
contract and Terminal Regulations. This also includes short and long term planning of stock movement
Responsibilities
- Coal inventory control;
- Coal Quality Management;
- Machine outages;
- Managing subordinates;
- Independent onsite laboratory contract review;
- Non-conformance reports;
- Handling shareholder requests and complaints;
Qualifications
Qualifications
- National Diploma/Degree Logistics/Production Management; 5-10 years Logistics/Production Management
- experience; Plant/Process Management knowledge.
Skills
Code EB driver’s license; planning & organising; analytical skills with the ability to work well under pressure
problem solving & decision making; customer & quality orientation; contractor management; strong time management; advanced MS Excel; managing teams; communication (oral & written); report writing
