TJIII, a Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is seeking motivated, energetic, and team-oriented individuals to join our team as Delivery Drivers. Our drivers are committed to delivering every order to customers' doorsteps on time, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time Available
Shift Hours: 10:30 am to 08:30 pm
Shift Duration: 10-hour workdays
Schedule: 3-4 days per week, with flexible scheduling options (including weekend-only shifts or Monday to Friday availability)
Pay: $21.00 per hour (weekly pay)

Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate a company-provided delivery vehicle
• Deliver 250-350 packages per shift, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety
• Use a handheld device for navigation and following delivery instructions
• Load and unload packages, including lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Operate in various weather conditions
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers' doorsteps

Basic Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Hold a valid and clean driver’s license
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• 1-2 years of driving experience preferred, but not required

Shift and Schedule:

• Shift Length: 10 hours per day
• Schedule Options:
• Flexible availability with 3-4 days per week
• Weekend-only shifts available
• At least one weekend day required for most positions
