Weekly working hours: 10 to 20.

Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating candidate interviews;
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork completion, orientation, and introduction to company policies;
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and generating reports;
  • Gather payroll data like leaves and working hours;
  • Support the HR team in benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and addressing employee inquiries;
  • Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field;
  • Experience as working student in HR or similar is a plus;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities;
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting;
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS;
  • Experience with MS Office suit;
  • Excellent German and English skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
