Job Description

HR Focus

  • Participate alongside the team in HR administrative activities such as drafting letters, contracts, mailings, presentations, etc.;
  • Participate in administrative integration activities and onboarding for new employees;
  • Participate in payroll procedure;
  • Support the recruitment process (create job descriptions, clean up the pipeline, schedule meetings, etc.);  
  • Maintain digital and paper records of employees;
  • Organizing internal events;
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects.

Workplace Management Focus

  • Order office supplies and maintain office supplies inventory;
  • Make sure the office operates smoothly;
  • Organization and processing of daily mail (incl scanning);
  • Maintenance of an order management and filing system for documents;
  • Organizing meetings and business trips.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related;
  • Min 1-year experience in a similar role;
  • Fluently in Bulgarian and English;
  • Effective HR admin skills and knowledge of labor laws;
  • Good knowledge of HR-related IT systems and tools is an asset;
  • Experience with MS Office;
  • Eager to learn and take initiative;
  • Independent working style;
  • Attention to detail and to confidentiality;
  • Constructive TEAM spirit;
  • Fulltime job with flexible hours;
  • Willing to come to the office in Sofia.
