Job Description

  • You are always on the look for ways to make our HR processes more efficient and effective in charge of recruitment by recognizing exceptional talents and knowing where to find them
  • You will act as a HR Business Partner
  • You will take care of recruitment processes
  • You will be accountable for HR Admin tasks and payroll
  • You will take ownership of HR Projects (for example Employer Branding, Employee Satisfaction, Team activities, Digitalization….)
  • You will be responsible for talent development & retention
  • You will come up with out of the box ideas related to HR

Qualifications

  • Relevant educational background (e.g. Bachelor’s degree preferred in the field of HR Management, Business Administration or similar)
  • 4+ years of experience in HR
    Experience in ATS system and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Knowledge of German Payroll (Tis is working in collaboration with Gelo)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Exceptional communication skills and professional judgement
  • Innovative and creative, out of the box thinking mindset
  • Organizational skills and impeccable follow through on tasks
  • Strong desire to learn new things
  • Willing to come to the office in Berlin a few days a week
