Job Description

  • Define online performance strategy to ensure a sustainable contribution to our business 
  • Online Demand Gen and Search Engine Marketing (SEA/SEO) - experience in leverage supporting tools like Brightedge would be an advantage
  • Implement target audience / account-based marketing in the online environment 
  • Design, develop and tactically execute online acquisition strategies and campaigns to achieve our business goals. Set and manage budget across relevant channels to maximize ROI 
  • Create keyword, creative and landing page strategy and execute continuous A/B testing and optimization of all elements with the goal of driving higher conversion rates and increase account engagement
  • Oversee global all online activities - SEA + SEO - like paid search and display advertising marketing channels across Google Ads, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Contribute to improve website and landing page experience to optimize conversion rates
  • Online-/Web-Reporting - understanding the numbers and uncovering optimization potentials with common tools. You will track your actions regularly and take countermeasures if necessary
  • Understand and influence the design of lead flow, prospect journey, user experience, pipeline generation, and marketing automation that will maximize the impact of your campaigns
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging on all online channels 
  • Work in close partnership with the whole Marketing team, Product Marketing and external agencies 

Qualifications

  • University or college degree in marketing, economics, or an equivalent 
  • 8+ years of experience in performance online marketing in B2B with demonstrable success leveraging account targeting 
  • Proven hands-on experience executing campaigns directly on relevant channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and display platforms. Knowledge of the use of Terminus or 6sense would be an advantage. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SEO and web optimization techniques 
  • Strong analytical abilities, comfortable reviewing data and reports to make decisions 
  • Proven experience working with Product Marketing to produce, test and optimize digital creative assets for integrated digital campaigns 
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously. Able to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to rapidly changing environments
  • Strong organizational and project management skills essential, with the ability to work collaboratively and quickly with a variety of vendors and stakeholders 
  • Curious - stay current and knowledgeable on new developments, trends, and technologies in digital marketing and paid media space 
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and a high commitment to contribute to business success 
  • Fluent in German and fluent in business English are a must
