Job Description

  • Support of the application and hiring process including applicant correspondence 
  • Scheduling job interviews 
  • Creation of role descriptions and job advertisements as well as their posting
  • Active Sourcing using common recruiting platforms as well as building up a candidate network and pipeline 
  • Collaboration in HR projects

Qualifications

  • Student at a university or college, ideally in the field of business administration or HR management
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Very good English and German skills, both written and spoken
  • Ideally first experience with recruiting tools are desirable 
  • Enthusiasm for talent sourcing and recruiting
  • Independent and structured way of working
