• Establish seamless connectivity for external systems like ERP, TMS or Payroll services to connect to TIS via APIs and SFTP to initiate payments, reconcile transactions and manage cash;
• Using qualitative data research, distill patterns from outliers to refine and validate solutions worth delivering to target audience;
• Using quantitative product usage data, identify connectivity that can be optimized to improve product adoption and bottom-line conversion;
• Develop deep knowledge of the target customers’ needs and wants and craft value propositions to lead the iteration and delivery of how they fit within key and new markets;
• Work daily with engineers to execute and validate MVPs leveraging ‘build-measure-learn’ feedback loop to minimize project risk and get your team to building and learning quickly;
• Break down ideas into small batches using modern planning techniques – including OKRs, backlog management, specification work, and sprint planning;
• Involve engineers and designers early enough into the discovery process to foster a truly collaborative team environment.

• Relevant University Degree in Business, Economics, Computer science, or related degrees in higher education;
• Fluent in both written and verbal English;  
• Previous professional experience as Product Manager/Owner;
• An active practitioner of modern forms of product planning, discovery, and delivery;
• Working knowledge of APIs, different network protocols, and cloud infrastructure;
• Experience in a Fintech company is a plus;
• Experience with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) is an advantage.
