Job Description

  • Responsible for the employees' hardware through its lifecycle (research, order, setup, configure, document, administer, monitor, support, replace, dispose);
  • Accounts Administration (account creation, control access and permissions, termination, etc.);
  • Remote Support and helpdesk – provide professional IT assistance and support to the employees;
  • Server Administration - Maintain and administer existing servers (Windows + Linux) and services running (eg. AD, DNS, NPS, CA, web services, database instances, 3rd party applications (eg. Atlassian) etc). Deploy new ones if needed;
  • Administer 3rd party cloud services, including managing Office 365 (Intune), SSO Integrations, Accounts, licenses and access levels, etc.;  
  • Security – ensure all servers, endpoints, devices and services are compliant with our strict policies. Strictly follow company's security processes to protect the company assets;
  • Networking – administer and maintain the networks (office networks + other connectivities such as VPN, service to service.). Ensure network’s stability, availability, security, features, coverage, etc.;
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures;
  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks;
  • Develop your technical and project skills – you will have the opportunity to work on a challenging tasks.


  • Relevant university degree with a technical major, such as Engineering and/or Computer Science etc;
  • 3 – 5 years of system administration experience in similar IT corporate environment
  • Network administration knowledge;
  •  Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux;
  • Fluent English is a must;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive working style
