• Be the owner of the product corporate payment solution
• Lead the ideation and creation of the strategic roadmap in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, based on customer needs, customer feedback, competitor analysis, and market research
• Lead and build a top performing product creation team
• Define success metrics and ensure that the product development is on schedule and fulfill the defined metrics  
• Lead product launches and market introduction together with product marketing,  sales and marketing, customer success and other stakeholders 
• Drive sales enablement with product marketing, pre-sales and Head of Sales. Concept needed sales enablement instruments with product marketing and pre-sales to bring sales capability to the next level 
• Co-create product stories with product marketing
• Be an expert in communications and the voice of your product, both internally and externally, proactively and effectively communicating your responsible product to relevant internal and external stakeholders  
• Have the personality and passion to showcase and evangelize TIS products and solutions
• Mentor junior product managers and product owners 

• University degree, e.g., Computer Science or Business Administration with solid Computer Science background 
• 8+ years work experience in product management or related job profile 
• Solid skillset in product management methodologies (e.g., MVP, user centric design or design lead innovation) 
• Passion for product innovation and experience creation to delight customers  
• Proven track record of end-to-end delivery of successful products, preferably B2B SaaS products 
• Proven ability to develop innovative product strategies as well as proven ability to effectively communicate recommendations to executive management 
• Experience in product demo design and presentation 
• Good technical understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
• Sufficient knowledge of agile methodologies / agile development processes  
• Native or bilingual fluency in English 
• Experience in working and leading cross-functional team set-ups in a medium size or large agile organization
